DESCRIPTION:Life sometimes feels out of control.\nBut there is always one step you can take towards balance—and it starts with connecting mind and body. \nChallenging or destabilizing events often cause us to react with fear or hopelessness. But they could also remind us that we need a new way to relate to life. \nBreema and the Nine Principles of Harmony  offers a new approach to life\, enabling us to to move from insecurity towards stability\, from confusion towards clarity. We can experience that everything and everyone actually supports us. Each one of these weekend classes presents new and unique material. We’ll use the bodywork exchanges and exercises to get a first-hand taste of the Nine Principles of Harmony\, and explore their use in gaining greater self-understanding\, and in finding a new\, more fulfilling relationship to life. \nYou can participate in the entire weekend\, or attend just one or more of the four workshops.
