When we feel drained, we can also feel hopeless. This hopelessness is rooted in the fear that things will never improve.

Breema bodywork, Self-Breema exercises, and the Nine Principles of Harmony offer a new way of moving, thinking, and feeling—and an experience of positivity and vitality that effectively bypasses chronic fatigue, and lifts you up.

It is possible for you to access this inner vitality even in the midst of challenging times, and the more you practice and experience it, the more balanced you become. In this workshop, you will learn valuable tools for bringing more energy into your daily life.

Questions About the Day

Could the full day be too much for me?

We have half day and full day options. The retreat is structured to support and increase your energy. Breema and Self-Breema are nurturing and supportive — not effortful. The morning workshop is followed by a midday break for lunch and personal bodywork, and the afternoon sessions are largely seated and reflective. Many participants find the day actually replenishes their energy rather than draining it.

What if I'm having a low-energy day?

Participate at whatever level feels right. You can always take a break, modify the form, or rest in the gardens at any point if needed.

Do I need any experience with Breema?

No experience needed. The morning workshop offers an introduction to Breema and the Nine Principles of Harmony, and is accessible for complete beginners as well as those with prior experience.

Is it physically demanding?

Breema bodywork is practiced on a well-padded floor, and movements are nurturing and supportive. You'll need to be comfortable sitting and moving on the floor, but the practice itself is designed to nourish rather than exert. The Principles of No Force and No Hurry/No Pause support you to discover your natural rhythm. When you move with the natural rhythm of the body, you receive energy as you participate.

What should I bring?

Comfortable, loose clothing you can sit and move in. Lunch is provided. If you have dietary needs, please let us know on the registration form.
