This one-day retreat brings together three practitioners and three approaches—Breema bodywork, integrative medicine, and expressive arts—so you leave with practical tools for the body, the mind, and the feelings.
What to Expect
Connecting to Life Workshop
An opening workshop with Alexandra Johnson, MD and Denise Berezonsky, a senior staff Breema instructor. We will learn and practice somatic movement and partner Breema bodywork exercises, that support balancing the nervous system and bring body, mind, and feelings into harmony.

Integrative Medicine & Expressive Arts
The afternoon brings together three approaches you can take home with you: integrative medicine, an expressive arts practice, and Self-Breema exercises for ongoing self-care.

Alexandra Johnson, MD
Family physician and staff Breema instructor combining western and integrative medicine with Breema bodywork. Practices in Oakland and Santa Cruz, and has an active international teaching schedule.
Denise Berezonsky
Senior staff Breema instructor and practitioner who has taught Breema internationally for decades.
Dena Ehrlich, MFT
Trauma-informed somatic therapist and certified Breema practitioner and self-Breema Instructor whose integrative approach includes expressive arts, sandtray therapy, and herbalism.
